1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7bat ("7bat," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7bat website located at https://7bat.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 7bat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7bat Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 7bat Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR-compliant guidelines, participation in casino-style gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. 7bat strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 7bat or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7bat Platform for any reason.

7bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 7bat Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 7bat. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7bat login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 7bat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: 7bat may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: All 7bat accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7bat supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC review. 7bat targets GCash withdrawal processing within 3 minutes for verified accounts, but does not guarantee processing times.
• 7bat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• 7bat reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if fraud, bonus abuse, or a technical error is suspected, pending investigation.
• Funds deposited into your 7bat account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 7bat may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• 7bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• 7bat's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 7bat Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all 7bat games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events conducted by licensed studios. 7bat does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. 7bat's decision on such matters is final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. 7bat is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a game round has commenced, the stake is committed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7bat Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7bat staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7bat Platform, including but not limited to the 7bat brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 7bat or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 7bat content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7bat shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 7bat's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.

7bat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

7bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 7bat does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

7bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 12. Account Termination

7bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its players. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 7bat support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 7bat's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

7bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
